  • I'm 69 years old and until I hit menopause in my late 40s I had weighed between 120 and 125 since my teens. Then I got up to 175 and managed to whittle my way down to 150 or so. Last summer I couldn't wear a lot of cute clothes that I had because I went up to 160. And my 5 year old granddaughter told me I had a fat butt…
  • Wow, you are stunning!! Good for you.

When I was single and living in the US I never ate dinner and would go to step aerobics at least 3X a week. Drank maybe two glasses of wine a month.
  • I've been on 1200 for 15 months now and have lost nearly 20 lbs. I am 5'6" and am at 146 but would like to be 135. My problem is that I go over my sugar allowance pretty much every day and I don't eat my exercise calories back for the most part. Maybe it is time to readjust the calories because I have not lost an ounce in…
  • My nose. I had skin cancer and had to have it reconstructed using the frown lines between my eyebrows from my forehead. So there is a scar on my nose but the good side is that I have NO wrinkles on my forehead at age 57!
