Loving this thread! Just started lifting as heavy as I can, not seeing much changing so far as I still have lots of fat to lose, I'm feeling much stronger though! I can't wait until I've lost the fat and can actually see the hard work paying off! In the meantime I will be here looking at your pics to keep me motivated! :)

Amazing and inspiring! Thank you, I needed some motivation and these photos have done the job perfectly :)

Hello Ruth, My name is Anita and I live in Lower Earley. I also have about 3 stone to lose and it would be great to have someone local to chat to, and maybe do some classes with!
-
Hello, I'm also a mum of two, and living in Berkshire. Looking to lose a similar amount too! :) I would love some MFP friends to keep me motivated, and help along the way! Feel free to add! xvx

Wow, you guys look great, all your hard work is greatly appreciated! ;)

I know its not what you asked specifically but I find exercise to be the best way to easy fibro pain and fatigue, even when you don't feel like doing it, nothing too strenuous, just a bit of stretching if nothing else. It is a wonder cure for me, and if I'm careful it will give me a couple of hours free from pain! Good…

Hi, I also have a half sleeve of flowers, quite detailed and fine. My weight has fluctuated up and down by about 5 stone (70lbs) and my tattoo is still perfect! Don't worry about it, it will be fine. :)

I'm loving the descriptions of some of these adverts - beavers, woodchucks, hamsters! lol I'm really intrigued now. We don't have anything quite so much fun here in the UK!
-
Haha, that advert! What I don't get is why the little girl sings in that weird, fake American accent!

Hello, I'm in Berkshire, UK. and could really do with some lovely new friends on here! In need of motivation quickly, before I give it all up and head for the pastries! :) xvx

Nape, tongue, lower lip, ears, and one more ;)

I love bento, it makes everything taste so much better! I sent my teenager off to his first day of sixth-form with teddy bear sandwiches and bunny shaped eggs today, haha.
-
I have had a really bad day like that too, so you are not alone! Try looking at some of the success stories in the forum, or have a look at your own before pictures if you have them. Or try looking on the web for some inspirational pics - people with your ideal figure, or find a new outfit that you will reward yourself…
-
Hi! Add me!! I'm quite new here and could really do with some people to/for support and encouragement! xvx
-
I absoutely agree! Wouldn't want anyone feeling left out! ;)

Another single here. Can't see that changing anytime soon, I'm far too picky apparently! ;D

This board has gone quiet! Has everyone given up already? I'm on day 6 level 1 today, had a day off yesterday as I did a big walk and my legs were painful. Back to it tonight though. How are you all getting on?

Hi. I have fibro too (among a few other things) and have to take lots of different medication, I have put on loads of weight because of my tablets, and inability to exercise because of FMS/CFS etc, but I joined up here a few days ago and am amazed by the support and encouragement I have had! There are quite a few other…

I haven't got the book but there are lots of recipes on their website http://www.quorn.co.uk/Recipes/ :)

Hello, I am a new newbie with M.E/CFS! I am 33, with two children. It is great to know there are other people here who understand how it feels. Feel free to add me :)
-
Well done everyone, you all look AMAZING! :)

Well, after putting it off all day I finally got off the sofa and did level 1, day 3. Wow, it was hard, I really didn't think I was going to make it through! But I did, and now I feel great! My arms are much more achey than they have been before though, I was hoping it was going to start getting easier now, oh well, maybe…
-
I'd love to join if there is still room please? :)
-
Ok, I just managed the whole level but I had to take about 2 minutes break at the 15 minute mark. Do you think that counts? Shall I take this as day 1 or should I try again tomorrow? Any thoughts? I don't have any weights so I use baked bean cans :)
-
Ooh can I join please? I started 30DS a couple of days ago but I haven't completed a whole routine yet (I have M.E/CFS so I have to be careful) I am up to 20 minutes though so maybe today will be the day?! Anyway, it would be a great help to know that others are in the same boat. I am finding it very hard on my knees…

Wow! So inspirational! I only joined a couple of days ago so I am still a 'before' but I am really looking forward to being able to add my 'after' to this page. Keep up the good work everyone! :)
