I have a beautiful piece covering all of the top of my left arm.
It is quite detailed with flowers. It's my parents wedding bouquet from 40 years ago ^.^

Does anyone know if this will become distorted as my arms get thinner?

Thank you!

xxxx

not if you are toning them they shouldn't :) also if you tone them slowly, dont try and work them hard as that wont give the skin enough time to adjust too xxx
  • Thank you :D

  • Hi, I also have a half sleeve of flowers, quite detailed and fine. My weight has fluctuated up and down by about 5 stone (70lbs) and my tattoo is still perfect! Don't worry about it, it will be fine. :)
  • I've lost 30 something pounds and my arm still looks good! Lol I think it actually looks better now cause my arms are shrinking lol

Funny - I have a couple and was wondering the same thing - thanks for asking the question! I have also heard that it definitely depends on where it is located - but you're young so your skin will bounce back quickly... you should be fine! Great to hear from the tattoo artist, too - thanks!

I did wonder that myself - no I've not got a tattoo...yet!! I'm planning one for the new year, my 1st and it will be a half sleeve!! I'm getting excited thinking about it!!!
