possibly dehydration reason for headache. i usede to be a migraine sufferer but since doing exercise havnt suffered from one. find exercise helps with headaches

fresh or frozen better. i agree with other post about raw. you could buy the steamed frozen packets in freezer section supermarket they have like 4 or somthing portions in individual bags and you cook in microwave for a fw mins. dont know what you are taking to eat without but i have now started batch cooking casseroles…

bulk plate with lots of fruit and veg or lower cal foods struggle to eat it all but not that high in cals

i like fruit and do agree its a good snack. it is high in sugar but its natural sugar and still tends to be lower in cals than other snack stuff if it bothers you too much try changing 1-2 to raw vegetables. there is a ot more foods to worry about rather tahn fruit through

i use a personal trainer who continually changes prog altho he went to a crossfit gym opening last week and is quite impressed with it. he also has been doing insanity workouts. i know this influence will end up being in my programs so in a way i will benefit from both worlds. whatever one you choose as long as you give it…

dont have eating disorder as such but yes have binged eat for comfort and know whereyou are coming from feeling guilty. just got to tell yourself ok im human iv errored and get on track as quick as possible put it behind you and dont dwell on it

i go to kettlecise classes at gym they only last 37mins love it though i started using a 6kg but for swings squats etc use a 16kg now.

polar ones are compatable with gym equipment. swo if youwanted to target a certain hr you can set the gym machine to that and it will alter your level to keep it there.
