Great loss! Congrats. Welcome to the community. GL on your journey! :)

I'm just here to say that your ticker image is awesome OP...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I love that video. I was excited with you. I love deads. I think you rock and inspire me to push harder. (I'm at 95lbs right now and scared to move up and compromise form)

I'm a straight shooter. My hubby knows that my gym time is mine and he is welcome to join, but not "be with me" the time we are there. I prefer to go solo also, so I can relate to you on that. I vote for honesty here. Tell him the truth about how it makes you feel. Also, make sure you let him know that it's not because you…

IMHO all you need is a barbell with 100lbs worth of weight to start and a couple dumbells. You could throw in a bench for good measure (I like chest exercises using flat, decline and incline). butt and thighs = squats, deadlifts, barbell lunges GL!

-Squats -Deadlifts -Overhead press

Indeed it is success! Congrats and keep on it, you are doing great!

^^^THIS. Congrats girl, you are inspiring for sure!!

I think that sounds like a big deal! Congrats to you! Can't wait to share more of your successes! CHEERS!

I vaccinate my kids and believe that non-GMO is the best approach to foods. Wow...that was quite the stretch of a comparison.

I like shoes. I have a pair for lifting (UA) I have a pair for short distance running (Saucony Kinvara) another for long distance running (saucony mirage) and asics for cross-training. But, I like shoes, plus, I am afraid of dinging my toesies... So, I'm a shoes kinda gal...

Congrats!!!!!! You are doing so great!

I don't care about the organic labels. I believe to be truly organic, you would have to grow it yourself, which in your case, you do, so great! I am more of the Non-GMO type. Modifying foods seems unnatural and concerns me much more.

Most runner will recommend BodyGlide. It's an anti-chafing balm to prevent chafing when running/walking long distances. I've used it and love it!

I have kids, they love to whine about healthy foods. I win some, I lose many food battles for the sake of my own sanity. What we do as a collective, is be active. We are outside, running around, playing and climbing and being active. I bring healthy snacks, when they are hungry, they will eat what I have to offer or not…

Perhaps lower impact and walk it a little? it's still a 5k if you walk it. Also, that comment about zombies eating people on the couch was awesome and I think I would agree. Let's call the zombies fat, you are up, you are moving, ergo, zombies are going to fall off scared stiff!! GL on your journey and can't wait to hear…

I'm a married mom to two, my eldest is a competitive soccer player (that's three weeknight practices/games), my husband is a bodybuilder. I work full time (40 hours) and with the commute am away from the house 10 hours per day. What this poster wrote below (minus all the awesome EDU credit) is exactly how I feel. I can't…

^^^This in addition to my protein comment. Diary would be nice to peruse too. Calories in vs Calories out = gain/loss.
-
Open your diary. Up your protein. Protein keeps you feeling fuller, longer.

I don't think a break is necessary. Unless you feel that your body needs it, I would keep at it. I work out (different body parts and intensities) 6-7 times weekly and don't break unless my body needs it (colds, flus, hangovers [lol] etc...) Most importantly: CONGRATS on sticking it out. I find all JM workouts torturous…

OMGosh! I have never heard anyone say this, but YES! I remember those days too! Congrats, that is a total victory too often overlooked.

Most mornings I have 3/4 cup of 0% Oikos Greek Yogurt with 1 scoop of Myofusion Elite chocolate protein powder. It's like a protein boost but tastes like chocolate mousse. I have never lost weight or gained it because of yogurt. I have gained weight because of chips, fried foods, sugar, cake, bread in excess...

I can think of a few, but mostly Burn by Ellie Goulding AFTER I've had my coffee. Before coffee it's You call me a ***** like it's a bad thing by Halestorm. TGIF everyone! :)

To answer your question, yes. 20-30 minutes is good and much better than nothing but ^^^THIS is def what I would say.
-
AMAZING!!! You are glowing and radiant!! Congrats.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! I love this post! Non-scale victories often keep us track before the scale... WOOHOOOO!
