Chick Peas
I love them. I had them in my salad today and yesterday and my guts are a mess (seems to be recurring with chick peas). Anyone else have that problem and know what I can do to reduce pains? I'm hoping I don't have to cut them out completely...

For fun: Favourite Superhero and why?
I love superheroes...Marvel especially but Batman is pretty hard core awesome. My fave is IronMan. I think mostly because RDJ plays him but also because his character is funny, pompous and totally kicka$$. Who is yours?

Anyone have trouble eating 1200 AFTER exercise?
I'm having a hard time eating my 1200 calories once I add on my exercise (usually land around 1150 or so). Does anyone have any good tricks on post-workout healthy snacks that could add about 100-150 calories to my total? I've got lots of shakes and things, but I'm looking for other ideas? Thanks for sharing!

Has anyone tried GSP Rushfit?
I bought it last year and I would like to give it a go. I also have the Jillian Michaels shred series...also not tried... Anyone have advice for me? I currently lift and run regularly (depending on my daughter's soccer/dance schedule) and am looking to add something to mix it up. Thanks!!
