Do not drink tea and coffee with or straight after food. It blocks your intake of iron. I'm the opposite of anaemic (hemachromatosis) so I have to block as much as possible. As for bingeing at TOM, I think its the law that you have to....if I don't I turn into an angry ginger gnome!!!

I had the same problem when I started training and ended up with a SHOCK ABSORBER bra. Really comfy!!! And holds the girls in well when running.
-
your body is probably in plateau and used to running so I would recommend shocking your body a bit. Try High Intensity Training, 30 - 40 mins 3-4 times a week. That should help.

I use whey protein and lots of veg like spinach & broccolli and cabbage. I also drink soya milk. I hate the term protein bars becuase, yes they have more protein but they are full of carbs, so if you are restricting your carb intake then they are useless.

I use a website called myprotein.com and I have the raspberry, vanilla and choc nut. However I use soya milk with mine which makes it taste different.

I've chucked my scales into the back of my wardrobe. The tape measure is my friend. Scales are evil. Like Marmite!!!!
-
There is a definite difference. Your lines are a lot more smoother!! Keep up the good work, its paying off!!
-
I ditched my scales too. I was getting really down about it. I've now decided to go back to the measuring tape once a week / every 10 days. I'm a lot happier now. Its easy to get addicted to the scales.

Well Done!!! That's amazing!! I bet you have a big smile on your face

Well done on starting up again!!! I wish you all the best. With regards to exercise, I wouldn't jump straight into a gym. Simple steps such as: use stairs instead of a lift / escalator, Walk to your local shop - don't drive. If you have a dog try to go on varied walks, increasing time and distance. Good Luck :)
