  • wow, looking at your page, you've been really dedicated. Good for you! Just keep at it. You might also make sure your fiber intake is consistent. Not to go into TOO much icky detail, keeping things moving helps a lot, and keeps bloating down, too.
  • What does your diet look like? I also have a hard time losing weight, but I've finally managed to be a little more successful recently. I've lost about 12 pounds since July 1.
