At 100, popcorn...less than that, pickles!

Magic Mydol pills every 4 hours during the first 3 days and heavier exercise for abs during visits (morning noon and night). More popcorn (don't ask have no idea) and sugar free hot chocolate in the afternoons with only 3/4 of the water. I used to have cramping down the front of my thighs but now those have disappeared.

I use movie lines in everyday conversation, then I say "What movie was that from?" It's very annoying to others! :)

I started working out to Jennifer Galardi's 10 Minute Solutions: Fat Blasting Dance Mix and worked my way through all of them so I exercise for 50 minutes at least every day. I kept the wedding album, half of the pictures, the baby books, the wedding dress, the wedding rings, the promise ring (ha), and all of the family portraits.
