No not at all. You are doing more harm to yourself than you know. At the least you should have 1200 calories and it should be healthy. Such as eggs, salads , chicken, lean beef and other meats and healthy whole grains. Since you are a high school student you are probably real active and should eat more than 1200 calories

tis is true. and very sad bc soy is in a bunch of products that people are unaware of. To the best of my knowledge , the best soy to get in any soy product is the NON GMO Verified as well fermented.
