I think if you’re trying to increase mass I say go to gym. Strong lifts is a good workout routine however they encourage the use of a squat rack instead of smith machine. The planet fitness near me only has Smith machines. I still did it with if had to. If for whatever reason you can’t go to gym and you have no equipment…

Thanks everyone for the info, I am hoping it is sooner than later. I do use the ramping method to help so I don't freak out with the air. lol. Love it. And my machine is completely silent unless I lose a seal and it makes weird funny noses. @SSpeakes No one warned me about the vivid dreams! I am having some deep ones. But…

When I did the follow up study to assess my pressure needed etc I used the masked and freaked out bc idk it felt like I was drowning and couldn't breath. Then the tech calmed me down and told me my system can be programmed to my number needed then push a button and it can take it's time from a lower setting to my request…

@sherryat I would talk to your doctor or pcp about your symptoms. It took a year of bitc**** to finally make my doctor realize it is NOT in my head and I am having symptoms even though my numbers are in good range. ALL OF THEM, I make him test it all. So finally he started to see how crazy my weight gain was and my hair…

There are several machines that can measure rmr. Otherwise scientific studies that prove or disprove certain weight loss fat loss methods would not be known. My job is to complete and average of 20,000+ steps within my work schedule of 8 hours while pushing humans and objects. I do transport throughout an army hospital…

There's dumbbells here and I know the different angles on how to use the Smith machine. I just wasn't sure if anyone else has used it and received decent results. Once it's over I'll find an affordable gym with a regular squat rack or cages.
