  • It has been hard to get my water intake because I hate water, I am a mountain dew and iced tea junkie but have cut back to 1 can a day and tea only with dinner and have slowly been getting at least 6 8ounce glasses of water a day
  • I hope too much isn't that bad for you because I take 2 fiber chewables, fiber 1 cereal, a fiber bar and normal fiber in food everyday just to stay well 'regular', I hope I am not messing up my body. Keep me posted please. Plus how much fiber are you eating? P.S. sorry if I grossed anyone out

  • I weigh myself daily but I am only going to log it once a week whether I loose or gain, today was my first time to log and I lost 1lbs and hope I loose more by next saturday but I will log it whether I loose more or gain it right back. I also need to know what I am doing right or wrong.

  • I always used to get their 5piece nuggets and a ceaser side salad thinking I was being good untill I read something online that said the nuggets have a bunch of hidden calories and the dipping sauce wasn't helping plus the cream based ceaser dressing made the salad bad for you too.
