The pain in the ankles is from the jump rope part and the jumping jacks, I am only 5'6 and 164lbs so I don't know why it feels like alot more coming down on them, It is mostly in my right one which has even started acting up when I walk on my treadmill too. IDK what is up with it

Some people might not agree with me but take a baggie full of beef jerky(comes in 3flavors) and some nuts and stick it in your bag so when you get the hunger pains you will have some snacks on hand and the reason I swear by beef jerky is because it takes you alot longer to chew so therefor you are not eating as much

So all you have to do in order to loose the 6lbs is to eat a healthy cereal for breakfast, fruit for brunch then a protein shake for lunch and a healthy dinner? Would Fiber one count as a healthy cereal and what is your recommendations for the dinner? Please do not say fish though(I hate it)

It seems like a shorter version of HILT,(example treadmill) with hilt you get to the speed where you heart rate is at it's highest and you are really feeling the burn, stay doing that for 30sec(work your way up to 1-2 min) then slow way down to rest but not stopped for 30sec then do it over and over again for 10min

The salads have the iceburg letuce mix which has carrots in it and I add cucumbers and I dont add anything to my coffee. Since milk makes me sick in high amounts I ad literally a splash to my cereal and am not sure how to track it.
