511 cal &18 fat left but no carbs or protein, What can I eat

so I'm trying really hard to eat my intake for the day, BUT I've just added in my dinner for today (not actually eaten it yet) and I still have 511 cal left & 18g of fat but no carbs or protein.:grumble:
I know my carbs for today are higher as I'm having pasta for dinner.

Can anyone suggest foods that I could eat to make up my calories for the day without going over my carbs???

    Pure meats, poultry and fish have no carbs. Add a chicken salad (just chicken mustard and mayo) as a snack.

    hi,

    the protein is usually set quite low on the diary settings. I changed mine so its 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat.

    I would have a high protein food such as cottage cheese salad or chicken.

    Dont worry about going higher on protein just watch the fat and cals. If you do go over on carbs today then reign it in a bit tomorrow :)
