I almost always eat my extra calories. I tried stopping once, eating only my allotted 1200 and immediately plateaued for two weeks. Once I started eating all I was allowed including my exercise, the weight started coming off again.

I deliver newspapers(12 years now) and run a daycare in my home in addition to caring for my 5 year old. My professional career sadly ended when I had to have brain surgery in 1996 that left me with permanent nerve damage. Prior to that, I was the secretary to the Publisher of our local newspaper.

I definately will enjoy the game! My plan is to exercise enough to make up for eating things that I normally wouldn't. Will probably do one Cardio DVD & then ride my stationary bike. I did the same thing for Thanksgiving & Christmas and it kept my loss in check. GO GIANTS!:drinker:

Jumping on board here...might be over-extending myself a little but would love to be at 180 by Valentine's Day. January One weigh in was 192 Yesterday was 187 Goal is 180 7 pounds in three weeks...I will even settle for 180.6. Just seeing 180 would be fantastic!:drinker:

Good morning ladies:flowerforyou: I just finished the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. 50 minutes burns 400 calories & it is a great workout. I took yesterday off to give my muscles a rest. My glutes were SCREAMING at me all day:grumble: Off to enjoy my day!

I work out at least five days a week. I alternate between 60 minutes of cardio on M W & F and do Power Sculpting on T & TH for 60 minutes. If I have the time, I work out one day on the weekend.

I actually lost almost 10 pounds between Thanksgiving & the New Year so I don't have any "holiday" weight to lose but I'm struggling now. Changing things up a bit with my calories to see if it makes a difference. I did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt for 60 minutes. TGIF!:drinker:

I'm late too but I'm here! My daily routine took a turn for the worse today so I didn't get to exercise until after lunch. I did the 45 minute Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn and 20 minute Pilates. I alternate between the Biggest Loser Volume One and Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn. I have seen great results with both-even when the scale doesn't show it. I like to mix it up so my body doesn't get used to the same routine. Two weeks of the Hip Hop Abs & I went down a pants size even though I didn't lose any weight.
