I do Windsor Pilates. Or I should say I have. I'm stuck on the Biggest Loser videos right now. I did enjoy the Pilates though.

I got to start my day with some more shoveling & then snowblowing & then some more shoveling so I racked up an hour and a half outside & going to do my Biggest Loser workout now. TGIF everyone:drinker:

Good morning. I did my Biggest Loser again. I also ordered a pedometer/heart rate monitor/calorie counter & bought two pair of size 12 jeans on EBAY for $4.99! I just don't see the point of buying new because my goal is a size 10. Happy Thursday all!:flowerforyou:

I have a pair of jeans that I bought just before Christmas but wouldn't wear until a couple of weeks ago because I had a "muffin top" going on & I can honestly say I HATE how that looks. I just checked out the extended forecast & it seems we are due for more snow on Friday with a high temp of 8 degrees....today's snow is a very pretty light snowfall & I can see finches flying around my shrubs. 8 degrees....:huh: might give the shovel a rest that day!

Ya know-I'm beginning to feel the same way. I live in Upstate New York-near Lake George. I really could leave the mess for hubby, but if I did that, he would just fix the snowblower & I would miss all that extra exercise!

I actually took a day off & feel terrible about it. First time in so long I can't remember. Circumstances just made it impossible for today. I did get some walking in while I went shopping. Tomorrow is another day...:frown:

I was 192 on New Year's Day & 189 today. 3 pounds GONE!:drinker: Editing to add that this loss puts my total at 50 pounds since September....YIPPEE:laugh:

Finally warming up here in New York. Two days ago the high was 10. Today it's 37 already with 50 expected for Tuesday... I did a 30 minute Pilates & Hip Hop Abs 45 minute Total body burn. Off to watch the Giants game. Everyone have a GREAT Sunday!

I just started the Biggest Loser 2 workout on Tuesday & totally agree with the dying part. I definately felt the burn. There is a section with weights & I have them but they use the body ball too & I need to get that so I can do the whole segment. It is definately a great workout!
