I started the Shred on Monday. I did two days of Level 1 and didn't feel challenged enough so I moved on to Level 2. 28 years of "time" under my belt and four children-two ten pounders and bio oil made a HUGE difference in less than a week. The stuff is great. No sunburn here-just severly stretched skin.

Hi all! Yesterday was very nice here & I spent the entire day out in the yard. Today, I planned on regular exercise, but my family room is occupied so I might try later. What I did instead was clean my carpets. Took me 2 1/2 hours & earned me 688 calories! Who'd a thunk it!:noway: I hope everyone had a restful holiday!

You will see much better results and not halt your progress by eating your exercise calories...trust me, I speak from experience. I've even done extra exercise for special occasions like the Super Bowl and birthdays so that I could enjoy myself.

I eat Subway at LEAST once a week. It's the only "fast food" I allow myself. I go for the 6g or less 6 inch with tons of veggies & fat free dressing on wheat. Sometimes I even splurge & eat a foot-long. :drinker:

I loved this DVD! It took me a little while to be able to do the entire thing but I really did see nice results. I did it every day and did the sculpt 3 times a week.
