  • Good Monday morning all! We had a terrific weekend here-high 70's both days and I took full advantage by staying outside ALL DAY! I did tons of yard work.   • I'm up at 3:45 every morning and get my exercise out of the way by 8 or so. It's done-I don't have to think about it again and I don't run the risk of running out of steam as the day progresses. I love exercising in the morning and then try to walk throughout the day.
  • I don't post anything that I do on a regular basis. Your body is accustomed to what you do on a regular basis so it's not considered to be "above & beyond"

  • I take mine right before bed but mostly because they upset my stomach if I take them earlier. I don't really think there is a "good" time as long as you remember to take them.

  • I record it as 400 also and LOVE the workout. I use my five pound weights and follow it up with 20 minutes of weights. I lost a little over 12 pounds and 14 inches in the 10 weeks I did it M-F. The Power Sculpt is great too!
