I am a firm believer in first thing in the morning weigh-ins. Everything that you do or eat or drink during the day affects your weight and unless you eat, drink and exercise the same way every day, you won't be able to judge your progress as efficiently. Just my two cents:smile:

Hi ladies. Today is my day off from regular exercise but I still got my fair share. I stacked a face cord of firewood, cleaned out the garage & played baseball with my five year old. It's a nice sunny day in Upstate New York.

Although I have been taking weekends off, the rain stopped for awhile this morning so I went outside & did an hour of yard work and earned myself 500 calories according to my HR Monitor. We have a lot of downed limbs and I broke up some snow so it would GO AWAY. Have a nice weekend all. See you on Monday:love:
