  • Actually, weighing yourself first thing in the morning will give you a better result after fasting all night. If you weigh at night, you are also weighing everything you have put in your mouth all day.

  • Good morning all! Finally a sunny day here in NY. Today I changed my routine & did Hip Hop Abs Hips Buns & thighs and Ab Sculpt and Last Minute Abs. 50 minutes total. My daughter and I are joining a Zumba class on Tuesday. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube & it really looks like a lot of fun!
