Yes to the gum. I can't run without it at all. :) I tried the chews and they just make me more thirsty and I can't handle any food (even on 10+ mile runs) so you definitely have to play with it and find what works for you.

Thanks Jody. Hey, you're more in the know than me. LOL. Based on your burn and the fact that I would much rather under calculate, I'm going to use 150-200 for my circuits and 350 for the longer workouts. At least it gives me something. Thinking about getting a HRM.

I just started CE. Burn Intervals today. Great workout! Have to admit that I still don't love the Burn Circuits (I'm a cardio junkie) but I love the idea of toning and feeling strong. LOL. Mere, I thought you were starting Chalean Extreme on 1/1? Are you combining the 2? I'm getting a little nervous I won't drop weight on CE and am wondering if I need to mix with TF for cardio? Help! Does anyone have a combined workout schedule? I'm totally new to all this.

I just ordered CE this weekend! I have 3 more weeks with my personal trainer and then I will start so it looks like the week of 12/18 is the week I start. Maybe we could check in with each other to help us stay motivated!
