1580 calories is NOT a lot. I ate about 1700 - 1800 calories to lose 55 lbs. and I'm only 5' 4".

Hi there! It's really not healthy to lose that much in a month. It would be much better to allow your body to lose weight little by little. I can tell you from personal experience that long-lasting permanent results are achieved slowly.

1200 calories is WAY TOO little! You are causing metabolic damage!! Stop the cardio and start lifting weights and by all means EAT MORE!!!
