L1D4 completed this morning :)!! I almost got through the entire thing with full intensity, but not completely!! Feeling good and hoping in another week I will start noticing a difference!!

This is SO TRUE!! I think that is why I'm going to let myself have subway for days when I have absolutely no lunch or I'm traveling. I however can not be good at chipotle, a bowl with no sour cream or guac...what haha!! Thanks for you advice and reminding me it isn't only about giving up but also what I give :)!!

I agree!! I got the Jillian Michaels game and i saw a lot of bad reviews for it but not having anything else but what the wii fit comes with to compare it to i liked it a lot!! Its continuous between different activities!! I would suggest it!!

Yes you can, i did it and there were some big ladies in there getting down!! The only reason i stopped was b/c the schedule, i could pay the same and be able to go the gym whenever i could, with the class you have to go when they have them!! But it was a lot of fun and i met a lot of great ladies there!!
