For those of you that have been doing this awhile, does your body ever adjust to drinking this much water? Or am i doomed to be peeing :blushing: constantly forever?!

Your body will adjust a bit, you won't be in the bathroom every hour like now:) But you will be using the bathroom more than what has been normal. It is definitely worth it!

You could always look at it as a good thing b/c your actually getting up and walking to and from the bathroom lol!! But i do believe peeing is the most inconvenient thing ever lol!! And i've noticed w/ the amount of water i drink its not like it comes on slowly its just like BAM gotta pee right now or i'm going to pee my pants haha!!

How does drinking more water make you lose weight?
From all the extra exercise, making those trips to the potty!!

I think the potty breaks subside a little, and you become more accustomed to them.
  • Too funny, I actually thought about the fact that i am getting up from my desk every twenty mintutes, so that has be burning up some extra calories :drinker:

The only annoying thing is that once you get used of it, and you have a day out of your routine where you don't get as much water, you will be soooo thirsty!!:drinker:
