  • i have seen studies that most deaths by guns are those that can penetrate and pierce organs. if the rounds slows and spreads before it hits anything major then all your doing is wounding them. not stopping them.
  • right now i have 30 06, 20 gauge, and 9mm. and i also have a beretta nano on layaway.. no where near as much ammo saved up as i like. soon as this gun grabber crap is over i am going to start getting some bulk. i would like at least 1000 rounds of each. and of course get more guns at some point... debating on 40 or 45..45…
  • its all bout self control. exercise and diet. most think that fast weight loss is bad and dangerous.. which it isnt, unless your not getting what you need. i have lost 150 lbs since last june. but when you are use to eating alot...you are going to be hungry when you start your weight loss process..thats just the way it is.…
  • no reason you cant. hard core athletics and weight lifters take brakes to let their bodies rest and recoup. i work out 7 dayz a week. at least 1-2 hrs a day and occationally i take a day off to rest.

  • i didnt say anything offensive or mean or to chase her away from what she is doing... if she just wants to do an imitation tkd class... then go for it...but if ur going thru the motions any way . might as well learn to do it right and get something out of it other than a sweat.

  • u should be eating small amounts all day long.. this keeps you burning and something small before going to bed keeps ur body doing what it needs to do while your sleeping.
  • well they are eating all day long...and depending on what it is u can do a lot with 1200. which keeps things burning and active.. and doing the numbers..with out exercise 1200 a day puts them at a loss..since to keep there bulky weights requires more cals to maintain.. then u add exercise to that and u burn a ton more…

  • i did 2 or so packs a day..finally got fed up with it and just cold turkeyed it.... the faster it is out of ur system the better and in a couple weeks your done. u just have to want it... if u use any of those stupid aids that are out there..u dont want it bad enough. those things just keep u hooked.

  • i know how you feel. i did tkd for several years..then life got in the way and i injured my back and put on a ton of weight. any how i got back in to it over a year ago. and i have real issues with side kicks and piercing kicks... round house.. not much i can do bout it right now now..only thing i can think of is to work…
