Good replies everyone thanks. I don't drink every night and I can leave it during the week. I usually have half bottle on a friday night, and sometimes a full bottle on saturday night. I know a full bottle has about 750 calories! I can't just have one measured glass it would have to be 2 or 3 so may just experiment and…

This is basically everything the F-2 Diet devised in the 60's by Audrey Eyton says or really just a high fiber diet. Shame on Dr Oz if he's using this as his own

Welcome. You achieved so much before and you will again. I did WW a few years back and had a couple of good weeks but wasn't for me. I vary my calories daily but make sure you don't eat too little. As usual threw myself into this after reading reams of material about it. I did this for several months and didn't gain, but didn't lose just sts. Don't think I felt any different. Definitely wasn't what I expected. You would need to give it a go and see. Everyone is different. Good luck :)

If you want a powerful eye opener about nutrition and whats in the food we eat try to watch the film 'hungry for change' I try to eat as 'clean' as I can but usually can do better, doing the best I can at the moment Some good ideas here.

I too prefer the road map, but a great site to work out what you should be eating is: scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ I eat a little less than what it says to but having great success with it. Good luck

I do this a lot too it's great to watch tv and burn calories. but have now switched to 30 day shred as it burns more calories for same amount of time. :)

I've been on 1200 calories for a month and look and feel (no other way to put it) like hell!!!! Even my hubby said so. I'm upping my calories to 1450 in accordance with the 'road map' and see what happens. Saying that I did lose 7lbs this month but not worth the agro.

Thank you Ims, I've been waiting for this post for years. I love radishes and can eat a whole bag in one sitting. I eat several bags a week. Never eaten the leaves though, will look out those with leaves next time. Thanks

I can see how you'd be hungry after work and want something warm. What about soup? Either canned or homemade can be low calorie.:smile:
