Has anyone purchased this ebook if so, can you recommend this? I like Jay's website (A Workout Routine) and very tempted to get this. I would definitely be a beginner and want to challenge myself but also want something very clear. Sometimes I find ebooks a bit all over the place and disjointed. Any help is appreciated.
I'm so frustrated with food I've entered into the data base and used disappearing!!! I go back to it a month or so later and it's gone, it's not even in 'my foods' I'm not entering it again, I'll do my own personal data base on my computer. So long MFP
Hmm the month of March I gave up wine and I lost 10 lbs. In the 2 months since I've gone back to wine, I've gained 3 lbs. Just a coincidence? I think not. No wine for a month for me. Anyone want to join me in this marathon?
