Has anyone purchased this ebook if so, can you recommend this?
I like Jay's website (A Workout Routine) and very tempted to get this.
I would definitely be a beginner and want to challenge myself but also want something very clear. Sometimes I find ebooks a bit all over the place and disjointed.
Any help is appreciated.
