Would go for fit, but exercise is problematic right now so anything that isn't obese I would be happy with right now. Once I've been on my pain management/rehab course I would like to get back to being able to walk at least 50m without falling over or dislocating.

I'm 5'4" and my first goal is 180. 140 would put me in my healthy weight range but the last time I was that low I was stupidly skinny so don't think that's a good one for me. Probably aim for around 150-160 and see how I feel once I get there.

I'd say 90% myself 10% my disability. Nobody forced me to eat the way that I did, but at the same time my disability really hasn't helped either. Either way I'm getting myself back on track despite the disability.

I'm aiming for the upper end of my BMI range and then I'll switch to body fat % when I get closer to goal.
