Did Week 1 Day 2 on the treadmill today, and actually ran (6.7mph) it seemed easy at first, by the end I was huffing and puffing, definietly going to want to walk/run week 1 again next week. How's everyone doing?

I use Aveda, I find that it really helps with breakouts! They have different lines based on your skin type, I use a combination from the different lines based on the season.

I'm going to be starting Tuesday the treadmill version, after the long weekend! I may end up doing week 1 twice, as I haven't ran/jogged in years.

I'm in the same boat, I find taking it a day at a time (sometimes even a meal at a time) can help. Find one thing to change, like drinking more water and do that for a week, then add something new the next week. Slowly, you make lifestyle changes, it's a learning process as to what works for you.
