Late meeting so I tried Aqua Zumba. Disappointed with 235 calories burned today. Combat and Spin tomorrow. I'll push it up a gear!

So pleased. Weighed in this morning at 174.5. Hadn't weighed all week which usually spells trouble for me. Was nervous stepping on the scale but obviously have my diet and exercise in check. I will be thin!

On Thursday I was complaining to my husband that the scales hadn't moved (I seem to lose on a 2 week cycle and I was expecting my big week). He told me it'll drop all of a sudden and this morning I woke to a 2.2lbs loss. Perhaps I should listen to him more often!
