First time it happened to me it was non anaemic iron deficiency. Second time It was low blood pressure. For a sugar boost I have a Jaffa cake. 46 calories (2 syns) or if it's dizzy/light headed I make sure I have something salty to get my blood pressure up.

I agree too. When I attend a class I tend to burn 500ish calories but teaching it is a different story. I burned 780 calories in my class on Tuesday. I feel Zumba is a great way in to exercise. Thank you. I usually schedule Saturday as a rest so I will do my long run then and use my Zumba Gold day as a "rest" as it's low impact. Thanks for your input.
