I have a question. I'm unsure of what activity level to put on my profile. I am a teacher of 6/7 year olds and I exercise at least 1 hour every day. Yo yo diet queen
I lost 3st on Atkins and put back 4. I lost 4st on Slimming World and put it all back on. In the past year I've lost 5st but put back 1. I'm new to this and am hoping it will help me lose my final 2/2.5st. I need the structure of keeping a log and was wondering if the support of strangers works. Hope to find out.
