* Marks & Spencer Wheatgerm Bread
* Scrambled Eggs - 1 whole + 2 whites
* Heinz Beans - 100g
* Richmond Skinless Sausages - 2 1/2
* Tomatoes

if you replace the sausages with quorn ones i am sure you would drop the calories a fair bit, they are only 60 cals each :-)0
