If I start the Dukan Diet today will my sweat stink in my Zumba class tomorrow? I teach 40+ women in a small studio and don't want to smell of ammonia.

    Dukan diet is completely silly, it is missing crucial key nutritional factors.
    You're better off 1500 calorie that involves lean meats and vegetables and fruits

    If your doing your job right, the whole room should stink. I wouldn't worry about it.

    You shouldn't --- drink LOTS of water-- that helps purify the ketosis process.
