Even though I don't have a clue what my FitForLife challenge is, I'm mighty pleased there don't seem to be planks/side planks involved (yet). That'll save my energy for the burpees! :wink:

I was 179 on 26/9 and am 167 at the moment. Didn't realise I only have 2lbs to go. Shame it's going to be a tricky few weeks!
