Exercise and water done. I'm as weak as a kitten in my upper body. These exercises will change that!

9lbs in 11 days is amazing! May have to have a go.

Bump

Sounds interesting. Off to google it. I could do with idiot-proof help!

This is a tricky one. I'll do my best.

Exercise and water done. Went out for dinner with hubby. I sat looking longingly at his ranch burger and chips while I had a vegetable tagine. Will I ever not crave the bad food?

The scales have moved! I upped the exercise intensity and they moved! Just need to keep them in the same place until weigh in!

I've logged almost 40 miles this week and it seems pretty high to me. I hope I'm doing it right: 1st Nov - Teaching Zumba (60mins) 2nd Nov - Spin (45mins) and Body Combat (60mins) 3rd Nov - Teaching Zumbatomic (40mins) and Teaching Zumba (60mins) Hope I've got the right calculations. Does that seems about right to anyone?

Teaching two Zumba classes - 1131. Mad, busy day today. I'm ready for bed!

Super busy day today. Full day teaching (primary school teacher), taught a Zumbatomic class, fitted in the challenge, Parents Evening then covering a Zumba class. It's 9.49pm here, just finished my water and eating my dinner. So glad it's Friday tomorrow!

I did the exercises (I counted how many I did during Body Combat and did the rest when I got home - hope that counts). I managed the water (although I made a ton of comfort breaks). I've bought 6 half litre bottles and set a target of three while I'm in school, one for exercising and two for evening drinks.

I don't know if I'm being dumb here but can you let me know what I need to keep track of and what I need to post (and when). The 100oz of water has done funny things to my brain!

I only burn more Zumba calories when I teach. They are considerably lower when I attend classes. I swear by my HRM too. I wear it to every class. As long as we pull together we'll stay in. I can help out on the calorie burning front but will fail dreadfully on the lbs lost portion of the challenge. Today: Spin 508 Body…

Ditto

I had that problem. 100oz is 3 litres (I've managed 2 so far).

The water is going to be a killer for me. I'm not used to it. Going to call in the shop on the way to work to buy 3 x 1ltr bottles to keep me on track. I will finish them all if it kills me!

Snap!

My scales seem to be going the wrong way at the moment but I'm trying to not let it phase me. This has traditionally been the time where I've binged, sabotaged and piled the weight back on. Your support Genie, is helping me get past this, stick to my calories and exercise through it. I'm pleased to hear you're maintaining…

Sorry. My starting weight is 171.5lbs. Fingers crossed I don't stay stuck - struggled last week.

Hi all. My name is Michelle and I am a primary school teacher from Wales. I have been over weight since I was 9/10 (my Mum thinks she over compensated when my Nan moved in suffering from Alzheimer's). I lost weight before uni then put it back and more. Lost it again for my wedding and put it back again (topping the scales…

I've just looked and I am four hours ahead of EST so 11pm Sunday will be 3am Sunday for me. How does everyone feel a about a Sunday cut-off of 6pm EST (10pm my time)?
-
Do you want November numbers?
-
My calories so far: Monday 585 (Body Step) 423 (Zumba) Tuesday 687 (Teaching Zumba)

Hi all. I have everyone's starting weight which I will message over later. I did private messaging because I wasn't sure how people felt about sharing on a post. I will keep everyone up to date with lbs lost and calorie totals as I get them. If you want to post here then that's great too. I'm keeping a weekly running total…

1008 today and a sore calf.
-
Did you get my message? I was in the gym (sorry-ish)

Last week I stupidly weighed in after a night and day of being sick. So this wee I weigh 171.5. Looks like a big gain but it's my own fault.
-
I'd like to be on a team but I also am not keen on being a captain.

I'm in. Can you use my final measurements from October? Let's go for 6 inches again. My lucky number!
