Ohhh, okay. So I probably should be taking in more cals than I thought. I'm still getting fairly close to the 2000/day but I had a big workout on Sunday and didn't eat enough (I guess). That's why it was so high. Okay, thanks a ton, Sarah!

Oh, and for what it's worth (and this may convince him) - EVERYTHING is better now that we do all this eating, preparing menus, excersizing together. And by EVERYTHING I mean 'EVERYTHING" is better ;) !

It took me approx 12 or 13 yrs before I finally got back in sync with my wife. She quit smoking and I resisted, she started eating better (or at least trying) and I resisted. I almost always make alot of dinner and pack up leftovers and put it in the fridge once it's cooled down. Also, I always make a monster salad and I';; change it up with some tuna, chicken and cilantro, taco spiced beef, etc.

This has been troublesome for me as well as Indian is my favorite! Not only is the rice and Naan a pain but so is the amount of fat they tend to cook with! ANyway, I think maybe the Eat, Shrink, Be Merry girls might have some low fat, lower carb Indian recipes...
