Hi :) My sister lives in Austin; I know it can def be hot there! Good luck on your weight loss journey! I don't know if I could do low carb but I know a lot of people that do and they love it. Make healthy eating choices and do at least a little exercise everyday and I know you'll be great! Good luck! :) Jenny
