  • I'm SO glad you decided the numbers don't matter. Too many people are obsessed with the scale. Including me! lol. j/k
  • No pain, No gain!
  • I just cancelled my membership to WW, but only because they switched the way the program works and it stopped working for me. Before that, I had lost 45 lbs. I like MFP better because I can track everything I want to, not just see point values for everything.
  • I am a brand new full time nursing student. Trying not to work while I'm in school, but we shall see...
  • Thanks everyone! Great suggestions! I halved the time just to be safe.
  • Ginny, I was over 200 lbs too. I lost some weight before I joined MFP. I am still very overweight, almost into the obese category. I need to lose at least 30 lbs, preferably 40 if I can manage it. I figured out how to track Zumba from everyone's suggestions. Thanks for the help!
  • Hi! I'm brand spanking new to MFP, I just signed up today. I did Weight Watchers for about a year, but it stopped working when they changed the program. I was able to lose about 30 pounds before I canceled it. I need to lose at least 30 more in time for my wedding next June, although I would really like to lose around 40…
