At Last...

I am finally putting myself first and getting a control of my health. I have decided this time I am going to do things different...Like:
1. I am not on a diet...I am simply trying to eat better and making better choices (thanks to this app on my phone it should be pretty easy)
2. I am not going to weigh myself every week and stress myself out about the numbers on the scale...I am going to let my clothes be the judge. I have Hypothyroidism and will not set myself up for disappointment.
3. I am not going to pay for a gym membership that I am not going to use...I am going to do things that I haven't done before like Pilates (already joined a class and LOVE it!), yoga, Zumba, and of course good ol walking.
That is my game plan...oh yeah and keep a positive attitude!!!
