Been ignoring tighter pants and got on the scale today....plus nine pounds since i last logged in. I am going to accept this and start logging my intake and output. I have let a new job, commute and gimpy knee get the best of me...now i want to get back to the best me.

Just took my dog for a walk and came home to read all this encouragement. You all have a lot of good pointers, I need to do this to be healthy. I guess I need to embrace myself for trying~~~get on that scale, like I was told; and eat less and be active. I can do this.
