I TRY and do 30% carbs, 40% protein and 30% fat with 1500 calories a day. Been a bit off track this week cuz im off work and bored, but feel free to add me!I try and only have carbs from fruit/veg and occasionally brown rice on a weekend.

I am a different size in every shop I go to!! I love h&m but their sizes come up really small sometimes which is very disheartening!
