    Im doing 1000 calories...

    20% Carbs
    40% Protein
    40% Fat

    But Im trying to do less than 20% Carbs... and have absolute minimum, the only carbs i eat atm are from veg.

    I TRY and do 30% carbs, 40% protein and 30% fat with 1500 calories a day. Been a bit off track this week cuz im off work and bored, but feel free to add me!I try and only have carbs from fruit/veg and occasionally brown rice on a weekend.

    ive done keto in the past... i can help you with guidelines or food ideas but you look better with carbs if aesthetics is the goal..

    Is KETO lower than 30g carbs?

    I do cyclical keto.

    So I have mine set at 20% carbs, 40% fats and 40% protein on 1500 calories. I aim for under 60 grams of carbs (I like to have a serving of fruit per day) and 150+ grams of protein. On weekends I re-feed carbs 200 grams per day for training/strength purposes.

    I cycle. I do 25 g net carbs Mon-Fri, with protein >100 g.
