I'm -49 pounds still 14.5 pounds to go hit a plateau for the month of July still loosing inches. I work out every single day and eat 90% of the time clean. Do you eat your workout calories?

I think is hard for people to imagine you actually work very hard to loose every pound and the patient that it takes to keep on going is not secret formula but is to much work for some people .

Sometimes even if the person is not attractive the personalities are and that makes them irresistible so do not turn someone away because of the way they look you will be amazed if you take your time ! You may loose more then you gain at the end.

Every single day but change it up not the same workout; I do Zumba, Turbo Fire, Running, Brisk walking, Cycling and I keep track of anything else that can add my calorie count like gardening etc

I have a Garmin 110 Forerunner it has a HRM and is pretty accurate

stay with it and you will see the results measure yourself sometimes the scale does not tell you the changes that are happening , give yourself time and patients.

If I'm going to use my exercise calories I try to use only 200 if possible I'm at 1200 daily calories so I will go up to 1400 but try to stay there anytime I have gone over I stay the same weight not bad but I need to lose so I try to keep it consistent.
