I told myself that I'd post my progress at the half way mark, so here it is.

5'3
Heaviest wt: 242
Currently: 192

Start BF: 48%
Current: 37%

Starting pant size: 22
Current: 14/16

Workouts: Both Cardio & Weight Lifting. At first I started with just a Body Pump class but have since added StrongLifts. I do 20-30 mins cardio on my lifting days, and 45-60mins cardio on non-lifting days.

Food: I'm eating a lot, average is anywhere from 1800-2000. And has gone up even higher on some days. I do my best not to eat under 1700 since I do need to fuel my body for my workouts. I don't eat 100% clean, but do my best to stick to fresh and homemade foods. Lots of fiber 30-40g. Macros 40/40/20.

    Its so nice your losing on a higher calorie diet. I just upped mine after stalling out at 1200 calories. You look amazing!:smile:

    Yeah I was so used to the 1200 a day but it just never worked for me long term. I was so happy to learn I can actually eat and still lose. Thanks to all the MFP peeps :happy:
