I do drink diet soda, it's like my treat. But I found that replacing soda with green tea or snapple really helps. My favorite is the Diet Trop A Rocka snapple that Bret Michaels made on Celebrity Apprentice. It tastes good, and it helps with the blood sugar levels. Give it a try.

I have not heard of it. But what I would be worried about is that all you are losing is muscle mass. Diets in general just don't work. Especially "fad" diets. The only thing that really does work, is a lifestyle change. Eat right and exercise. You didn't gain weight in 17 days, can't expect to lose it in 17 days either.…

I got a cold last week, I still did my workouts. I couldn't quite give it my all, I did push it as hard as I could. I sweat more than usual, and I actually cleared up during and after the workout. you are only 20 years old! don't mess up your body with either of those...start a healthy lifestyle change, eat right and excercise. try the Chaelean extreme, or Insanity, and then go from there. In 1 year, you will be where you want to be, and in 10 years you will thank yourself.

I agree, I like the Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones...they are great when you don't have time to cook, they are better than fast food, and help to teach portion control. Enjoy! :smile:

I am currently doing the Insanity workout, and I have to say, I am impressed with the cardio abs routine. I am limited by a couple of surgeries I've had and can't do any sit ups or full push ups. But there are no sit ups or crunches in this workout! If you can, check it out, it's well worth it!
