  • Congratulations....there are a lot of pregnancy exercise DVD's so I'd try them. Also, just watch what you eat. I think you have to have more calories in a day when you're pregnant but still make sure you track them. I gained 50 lbs. with my daughter and 2 years later I am still trying to lose it.   • Sure, why not. Let's say 10 lbs by Halloween. Starting weight was 180, I am now 172.6 so 162 by Halloween. And then we can make Thanksgiving our next goal!
  • My goal weight is 130-135....I am 5'5". I was 135 on my wedding day and I think I looked good. I've had trouble due to throid issues but this website is really helping....it's hard getting motivated to exercise though because I never really have.....anyone have any suggestions?
  • This is my 2nd week and I lost 6.2 my first week with about 4 days of exercising. This week so far I haven't exercised at all. Anxious to see how it affects my weight loss. Good luck!
