I'm down 8 pounds in about 3 weeks, and already feel better. I can once again get through the day without a nap or two. Feel like I walk a little taller also. :-)

The yoga disk is my least favourite for exactly that reason. LOL. Nobody will get within 4 feet of my during the workout!

Hi, I've been working shifts for 23 years. Right now I alternate between a 10 hour day shift and an afternoon shift, which is quite a bit easier than doing the midnights. No heart rate monitor. I always just check the old fashioned way...taking my pulse for 10 seconds and multiplying by 6. It's on my wish list, but I haven't spent the money on one yet. Any suggestions on what brand to buy?

Dumbest thing ever was ... getting started on MFP and then forgetting about it and not using it. Then I got lazy and stopped working out as well. Not only did the weight settle on but I felt awful. Tired all the time. I'll be logging in EVERY day!

At home I have a set of free weights that I picked up second hand. I also have a pull up bar at home. That's it' for equipment. Sometimes the video has you using a chair as well. Hi, Just signed up with myfitnesspal. I did P90X 2 years ago and lost 20 pounds. It was the best I've ever felt. I recently started again but kind of sporadic...about 2-3X week. Tomorrow I intend to start the program seriously again...everyday. Fingers crossed.
