How life changes in 66 days...

I've lost 21 lbs.
I've lost 13.5 inches (total)
I've dropped to a size 12 in jeans and a medium in dress and sweaters (from a 14 - pushing 16 in jeans and a large or extra large in tops.)
I've gone from a BMI on the top end of overweight into the HEALTHY range!!!!!
I went from not being able to run for 30 seconds to running 4 miles easily with 9'45" miles.
I went from doing the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes on Level 4 to doing it for 45 minutes on Level 10 (the highest!)

I'm sure there is WAY more...but that is what I can think of at this second.

You can do it too. Stick with it!

    That is inspiring, especially on a day when I keep staring at my running shoes and thinking of any excuse not to put them on. So I am going to go on that run and realize how far I have come in my first 25 days- thanks!
